What we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide counselling safely: your name, contact details, relevant background and health information you choose to share, and session notes.

Your information is used solely to provide and improve your counselling care.

Session notes are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.

In professional supervision, cases may be discussed without any identifying details.
在专业督导中可能讨论个案，但绝不披露任何可识别您身份的信息。
Booking requests submitted through this website are transmitted to our email via a secure form service (FormSubmit).

When confidentiality may be limited

保密的法定例外

Information may be disclosed without consent only where required or permitted by law: where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person, suspected abuse of a child, or where records are subpoenaed by a court.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time, and you may make a privacy complaint to us directly, or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
